Until now, Idra has been 100% controlled by Dolcedrago, which was 99.5% owned by Silvio Berlusconi and later passed on to his children.

According to the agreements reached between Silvio Berlusconi’s heirs, Villa San Martino in Arcore will continue to be managed jointly and may become a common meeting point and possibly the headquarters of a future foundation named after their father. The villa in Macherio is currently being purchased by Barbara Berlusconi, while Villa Certosa is up for sale, with an expected price that could reach up to 500 million euros. Villa Grande in Rome may be acquired by Pier Silvio Berlusconi.

Outside of the Idra portfolio, there is Villa Campari on Lake Maggiore, which has already been purchased by Marina Berlusconi, and the large sailing boat Morning Glory, which was sold in recent weeks.
